As we move into summer and the weather gets better people tend to keep their weekends for outdoor activities ( okay, your OC organizer wants to go hiking, canoeing, etc). So we will hold the workshop on a Friday morning. The April workshop was a small group, but everyone did a constellation. Without fail each one was deeply meaningful and inspiring. As always, my hat is off to the participants who jump into this work for the first time.

During the May workshop we will use the organizational constellation methodology  to explore the process for change and growth at the organizational and/or professional level.  New opporutnities for change, are possible when we uncover the systemic dynamics that influence the feelings and behaviors within and between groups, departments and/or individuals. Setting up representatives of the different parts of our work system, in effect creating a living 3 D map of the situation, shows us where the blockages are to the flow of information and creativity. With the insights we gain from this process we can move towards solutions that bring resolution and greater personal or organziational efficacy.

Since the areas of personal and work life overlap and impact each other the insights we gain in one area often have a positive affect on
the other.
